Concrete Mixer & Dumpers

This small size and mobile CFT mini mixer machine is capable of mixing 5 CFT of mixed concrete paste at the same time. These machines use 2 H.R of single phase electric motor and air cooled diesel engine mounted on anti-vibration pads. Heavy duty and robust steel chassis provide high efficiency to these mixers. This machine is highly useful and cost effective as it doesn't require a driver or a skilled engineer to operate it.

We offer our customer very superior quality pan mixers are very widely used in the line of Paver Blocks, fly ash bricks etc. Tu mix effectively  grid cement, fly ash and small granule, it is robustly built with heavy steel base and heavy rollers with hydraulic door open.

The essential raw materiawls are fly ash 50%, Lime 15% Gypsum 5% (or cement 8%) and sand or dust 30%. Mix the above ingredients properly with required quantity of water. When properly mixed, discharge the mixing by hydrauliclly operated bottomdoor opening through conveyar to the fly as machine.

The pan mixer is required to be hopper attached or else the mixer is to be placed in a pit of 3 ft deep.
